This disclaimer applies to the Migibio website (migibio.net) and to the intended use of Migibio products. Please read it together with the Instructions for Use (IFU) supplied with each product, which governs how the product is to be used.

1. Intended Use — Veterinary Only

Migibio analyzers and reagent kits are intended for veterinary (animal) use only.

They are not intended for human diagnosis, treatment, monitoring or screening, and must not be used on human samples. Products are intended for use by qualified veterinary professionals and veterinary laboratory personnel, in accordance with the current IFU.

2. Test Results Require Professional Interpretation

Diagnostic results are aids to clinical decision-making, not diagnoses in themselves. A result must be interpreted by a veterinarian in the context of the animal’s history, clinical signs, other laboratory findings and the assay’s documented performance. Results outside the reference range stated in the IFU should be reviewed — including the possibility of sampling, handling, storage or analytical error — before clinical action is taken.

3. Website Content Is Information, Not Veterinary Advice

The technical articles, biomarker data and protocols published on this site are provided for veterinary professionals as general information. They do not constitute veterinary advice for any individual patient, and no veterinarian-client-patient relationship is created by your use of this website. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the attending veterinarian.

4. Product Performance Information

Performance figures published on this site — including precision, limit of detection, result time and throughput — are manufacturer-reported analytical specifications of the platform or product. Analytical performance is not the same as clinical performance: clinical sensitivity and specificity are assay-specific and are documented in each reagent’s IFU. Independent third-party validation studies are not published; prospective users should request the full validation report for the specific assay or analyzer being evaluated. 5. Accuracy, Completeness and Changes

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date at all times.
